Cannot find Save Form As under the File menu in Form view due to replaced.
Cause:
The 'Save Form As...' command has been replaced by the 'Save As...' command.
Solution:
In Access 7.0, to save a form with a new name in Form view, select the 'File' menu and select 'Save As/Export...'.
1) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save As/Export...'. (The Save As... dialog box appears.)
2) Select the 'Within the current database as' radio button to copy the form to the same database.
3) Type a name for the form in the 'New Name' box.
4) Click 'OK'.
